Betty Mollette Plummer, 77, of Lexington, died Monday, March 22, in
Lexington.
Born Sept. 10, 1932, in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the late John
B. & Maggie Williams Mollette. She was a clerk at LeRoy's Jewelers and a
member of the Thealka Freewill Baptist Church.
She was also preceded in death by her husband Doug Plummer, in 2003.
Survivors include a son, Johnny Plummer of Thealka; a daughter, Toni Fletcher
of Lexington; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Thursday, March 25, at Preston Funeral Home, with Mark
Tackett officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, under direction of
Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
