Dolores Evelyn “Dodie” Poole, 79, of Harold, died Monday Aug. 11,
2014 at the Hospice Care Center in Lexington.
  
Born May 30, 1935, in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the
late Emmitt Franklin and Esta Robinson Poole. She was a registered
nurse.
  
She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret Scott and
Mary Ruth Henderson Jordan.
  
Survivors include two sisters, Anna Sue Wayland and Billie Marie
Spears, both of Lexington.
  
Funeral services were Saturday, Aug. 16, at Jones-Preston Funeral
Home Chapel, with Don Williamson officiating.
 
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
