GLENN POWELL

Glenn Powell, 82, died August 21, in St. Joseph’s Hospital, Lexington.
Born December 23, 1899, he was a resident of Harrodsburg.
His wife, Elizabeth May Powell, preceded him in death in 1977.
Surviving are a son, Dr. Glenn R. Powell, Harrodsburg, and three
grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 24, in First Baptist Church with
Dr. Charles Milam officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, with Jones-Preston
Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
