BILLY RONALD RATLIFF

Billy Ronald Ratliff, 80, of Mousie, died Friday, Dec. 9, at his residence.
Born July 18, 1931, at Martin, he was the son of the late William Harvey and
Grace Marshall Ratliff. He was a retired coal miner, a member of the
Missionary Baptist Church, Mousie, and a U.S. Air Force veteran.
He was also preceded in death by two sons, William Keith Ratliff and Jeffery
Gordon Ratliff; two brothers, T.F. Ratliff and Charles Ratliff; and a
sister, Jenny Ratliff.
Survivors include his wife, Charlotte DeBoard Ratliff; a son, Ronnie Ratliff
of Mousie; a brother, Gordon Ratliff of Prestonsburg; five grandchildren;
and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Thursday, Dec. 22, at Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home,
with Bud Wicker officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction of
Nelson- Frazier Funeral Home, Martin.
