BILLY ROGER RATLIFF
1935-1979
Billy Roger Ratliff, 45, died Sunday, December 9. Mr. Ratliff was born March
26, 1935 in Johnson County, the son of Russell and Hilda Blair Ratliff. He
was a retired resident of River.
Surviving are his mother, Hilda Ratliff, his wife, Mary Branham Ratliff; two
sons, Billy and Glen, at home; two daughters, Pam Ratliff, River and Shirley
Brown, Columbiasville, MI; a brother, John Ratliff, Paintsville and three
sisters, Sue Jackson, Paintsville, Jean Simpson, Wayne, MI, and Pat O'Brien
of Columbus, OH.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 11, in the Third Street
Freewill Baptist Church, Paintsville, with John Frank Ratliff officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, with Jones-Preston
Funeral Home handling arrangements.
