Shirley M. Ratliff, 61, of Paintsville, Thursday, Dec. 5 at UK Medical
Center, Lexington.
  
Born July 10, 1952, in Floyd County, she was the daughter of Selmer
Ricker and the late Gladis Newman.
  
Additional survivors include her husband, Robert Ratliff; a son, Robbie
Ratliff of Paintsville; a daughter, Tammy Ratliff of Sitka; two brothers,
David Newman of Astabula, Ohio, and Tivis Newman of Greenup; two sisters,
Teresa Little of Weeksbury and Mary Lou Turner Price of Hi Hat; and three
grandchildren.
   
Graveside services were Saturday, Dec. 7, in Highland Memorial Park with
Richard William officiating, under direction of Phelps and Son Funeral
Home, Paintsville.
