HESTER MAE SALYER
MRS. H. B. SALYER OF FLAT GAP DIES
Mrs. Hester Mae Salyer, wife
of Harry B. Salyer Flat Gap, Ky, died Sunday morning at the
Golden Rule Hospital after an illness of five weeks.
Born at Flat Gap March 27, 1891, Mrs. Salyer was the daughter of
Mrs. J. M. Sturgill.
She had spent her entire life in the Flat Gap community.
Besides her husband survivors are the following children,
Eugene, Edgel, Lee, Harry Russell, Leroy and Bety Joe.
Services were held in The Missionary Baptist Church at Flat Gap
Tuesday. Rev. Cyrus and Rev. Collins officiated. Burial was at
Flat Gap.
The Preston Funeral home was in charge of the arrangements.
