JACKIE L. SALYER
1934-1997
Mr. Jackie L. Salyer, 62, of Flat Gap, died Sunday, September 7,
1997, at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Ceneter in Paintsville.
He was born December 18, 1934, in Johnson County, the son of
Ralph and Jewell McKenzie Salyer.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Williams Salyer; two sons,
Tom Salyer of Paintsville and Jack Salyer of Thelma; his
brother, Bill Salyer of Jamestown; and three grandchildren.
Services were September 9 at the Preston Funeral Home Chapel
with John Estep officiating.
Burial was in the Highland Memorial Park in Staffordsville.
