JAMES LUKE SALYER
1971-1987
James Luke Salyer, 16, died Friday, January 16. Mr. Salyer was born January
8, 1971 the son of John Paul and Shelby Horne Salyer.
Surviving are his parents; three brothers, Matthew Salyer of Paintsville,
Mark Salyer of Hager Hill and John P. Salyer of California; one sister, Tana
Salyer of West Van Lear, and maternal grandfather, Sanford Horn of Inez; and
paternal grandmother, Maude Hannah of Hager Hill.
Funeral services were held Sunday, January 18 in Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel with Tommy Reynolds and Gene Strange officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
