BELLE SALYERS
1880-1979
Belle Salyers, 89, died Thursday, December 27, in Orlando, FL after an
extended illness.
Born February 8, 1880, in Lee County, she was the daughter of Mack and Mary
Couch Mann.
Mrs. Salyers was a resident of Orlando, a self-employed merchant, and a
member of the Pentecostal Church of God.
Preceding her in death were two husbands, Price Mayes and Harry Salyers.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Betty Randolph, Orlando, FL, two
grandchildren, Price Hager, Hager Hill and Phyllis Hager Morrison, Orlando;
five great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, December 30, in Jones- Preston Funeral
Home chapel with Bruce Daniels officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville with Jones-Preston
Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
