Josetta Segraves, 77, of Flat Gap, died Friday, Dec. 24, at Riverview Health
Care Facility, Prestonsburg.
Born July 2, 1933, in Magoffin County, she was the daughter of the late
Harry and Mousie Rowe Rigsby. She was a member of the Bethel United Baptist
Church and retired from South Central Bell.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ledgie Segraves, in 2002; a
brother, James Rigsby; and a sister, Ruth Patton.
Survivors include a son, Tim Segraves of Flat Gap; a daughter, Melinda Lyons
of Paintsville; a sister, Eva Mae of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; four
grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Tuesday, Dec. 28, at Phelps and Son Funeral Home
Chapel.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction of
Phelps and Son Funeral Home.
