DELLA SIMPSON
1902-1968
Della Simpson Mrs. Della Simpson, 65, died Tuesday, February 27, in Fort
Hamilton Hospital at Hamilton, OH, after a brief illness.
Born in Elliott County on August 2, 1902, she was the daughter of the late
William and Rachel Roe Miller.
She was a resident of Somerville, OH at the time of her death. Survivors
include her husband, Charley Simpson; two daughters, Mrs. Lora Blair of
Wabash, IN and Mrs. Shirley Green of Somerville, OH; five grandchildren and
two great grandchildren.
Additional survivors include two brothers and four sisters.
Funeral services were held Friday, March 1 in the chapel of the Jones-
Preston Funeral Home with Ellis Hamilton officiating.
Burial was held in Highland Memorial Park under the direction of the Jones-
Preston Funeral Home.
