KENNETH RAY SMITH
1925-1997
Kenneth Ray Bailey, age 71, died Saturday, March 1, 1997 at Paul B.
Hall Regional Medical Center.
He was born April 30,1925, the son of John and Nancy Smith.
He is preceded in death by both parents and seven sisters,Goldie,
Rachel Estelle, Myrtle, Ruth, Ida Marie and Betty; William and
Warnie.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Arms Smith; two
daughters, Pamela Burgess and Barbara Campbell; two sons, Mark, and
Kennie Smith Jr. He is also survived by 2 daughters, Mary Alice
Schoonover and Rose Lee Hettunger, and one son Billy Ray Smith from
a previous marriage; 17-grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren;
one Uncle James Coy Smith, and numerous neices and nephews.
Service were held Tuesday, March 3, at 11:00 a.m. at Jones Preston
Funeral Home with John Skaggs officiating.
Burial was in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville.
