PEARL SMITH

Retired school teacher, Pearl Chandler Smith, 66, died Thursday, July 7, in
Cabell-Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV.
Mrs. Smith was born June 19, 1922 in Lawrence County, the daughter of Jeff
Chandler and Ethel Hayes. Her husband, Paul Smith died in 1969.
Surviving are 1 brother, Kenneth Smith of Colonia Heights, VA.; 1 sister,
Jean Castle of Lowmansville.
Funeral services were held Sunday July 10 in Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel, with K.D. Ray officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
