EFFIE SPRADLIN
1917-2012
Funeral services will be held Friday, Sept. 21, 11 a.m. at the Phelps & Son
Funeral Home Chapel for Effie D. Spradlin, 95, of Paintsville, who passed
away Wednesday, Sept. 19 at Mountain Manor in Paintsville.
Mrs. Spradlin was born June 25, 1917 at Denver, daughter of the late Daniel
and Lucy Burke Davis.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kermit Spradlin.
Surviving are one son, Roger Spradlin of Church Hill, Tenn.; one daughter,
Leta Nelson of Paintsville; three grandchildren, five great- grandchildren,
and five great- great-grandchildren.
The service will be officiated by Bill Campbell and Keith Horn, with burial
to follow in the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery at Staffordsville.
Arrangements under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home of
Paintsville.
