ELZIE SPRADLIN
1897-1986
Elzie Spradlin, 87, died January 6, 1986 in Paul B. Hall Medical
Center following an extended illness.
Mr. Spradlin was born July 30, 1897, in Johnson County, the son of
Ruben and Nancy Spradlin. He was a resident of Thealka, a retired
miner and a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.
His wife, Rosie Spradlin, preceded him in death.
Surviving is a daughter, Irene Meek of Thealka.
Funeral services will be held today, Wednesday, January 8, at 1:00
p.m. in Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel with Don Fraley and
Eddie Spencer officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
