Orbin C. Spradlin, 79, of Hager Hill, died Monday, March 28, at Paul
B. Hall Regional Medical Center, Paintsville.
Born Oct. 24, 1925, at Denver, he was a son of the late Albert and
Lydia Arms Spradlin.
He was owner and operator of a coal trucking business, a deacon at
Rockhouse Freewill Baptist Church, and a U.S. Navy WW II veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Jean Spradlin of Hager Hill; a
daughter, Toni Carolyn Spradlin of Paintsville; a son, Joseph Allen
Spradlin of Hager Hill; a brother, Elmon D. Spradlin of Prestonsburg;
and two sisters, Audrey Blair of South Point, Ohio, and Edna Lee
Blair of St. Paris, Ohio.
Funeral services were Wednesday, March 30, at Rockhouse Freewill
Baptist Church with Revs. Richard Williams and Herbert Arms
officiating.
Entombment was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Paintsville Funeral Home.
