DIANE LYNN SPURLOCK

Diane Lynn Dingus Spurlock, 45, of Allen, died Monday, April 21, at
Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg.
Born Feb. 14, 1958, at McDowell, she was a daughter of Linda Stumbo
Tussey of Columbus, Ohio, and the late Bill “Crush” Dingus, and
step-daughter of Raymond Tussey of Columbus, Ohio.
She was a counselor for the Prestonsburg Juvenile Detention Center.
She operated a home for runaway children in Stanville and recently
worked at Carl D. Perkins Job Corp Center.
Survivors include her husband, Don Keith Spurlock; a son, David E.
Cline II of Ashville, Ohio; a stepson, James Donald Spurlock of
Allen; a daughter, Gina Nicole Justus of Columbus; four brothers,
Bobby Dingus and Billy Dingus, both of Martin, Steve Tuttle and
Larry Collins, both of Columbus, Ohio; and a grandchild.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. today, Friday, April 25, at Hall
Funeral Home, Martin, with clergyman Arnold Turner Jr. officiating.
Burial will be in Highlands Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Hall Funeral Home.
