AGNES STAMBAUGH

Agnes Stambaugh, 83, of Wittensville, died November 28,1996 at
King's Daughters' Medical Center, Ashland.
She was preceded in death by both parents, J. Langley and Dolla
Dixon Preston, and her husband, Wm. Howard Taft Stambaugh.
Survivors include five,sons, Gerald Leslie Stambaugh of Madison
West Virginia, David Morgan of Lexington, George Langley of East
Point, Wm Roger of Valparaiso Indiana, and Arthur Clayton of
Lexington; three daughters, Jane Horne of Ashland; Sara Conley of
Willington, Ohio, and Willa Kubps of Cleveland, Tennessee; one
brother James Heber Preston of Wittensville; five sisters, Mary
Lusk of Ashland, Erie Brown of Wittensville, Dixie VanHoose of
Paintsville, Iva Bailey of Ashland, and Herme Lee LeMaster of
Lexington; 16- grandchildren and 13-great grandchildren.
Funeral services were on Sunday, December 1 at 1st Christian Church
with Dale Kuhns officiating.
The burial was in Highlands Memorial Park in Staffordsville,
Kentucky
