EMMA STAMBAUGH

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Feb. 16, 11 a.m. at the
Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel for Emma Stambaugh, 93, of Louisa,
Ky., who passed away Sunday, Feb. 12, at Three Rivers Medical
Center in Louisa.
Mrs. Stambaugh was born Sept. 6, 1912 in Johnson County, Ky.,
daughter of the late John and Laura Stapleton Travis.
She was a homemaker. She was also preceded in death by her
husband, Joe Ned Stambaugh.
Surviving are one son, David Glen Stambaugh of Staffordsville,
Ky.; two brothers, Ray Travis of Hager Hill, Ky., and Vencil
Travis of Washington, D.C.; one grandson, James David Stambaugh;
and one special niece, Cheryl Hayes of Louisa.
The service will be officiated by the Rev. Hubert Slone, with
burial in the Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
