JAMES STAMBAUGH
1949-1999
Preston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for James
Stambaugh, 49, who died Saturday, March 13, 1999 at his Thelma
residence.
Mr. Stambaugh was born July 9, 1949, in Johnson County, to the late
Glenn and Anna Belle Meade Stambaugh.
He was a funeral director at Preston Funeral Home and a member of
Southside Freewill Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Debra Johnson Stambaugh; and three
brothers, Larry Stambaugh of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Curtis Stambaugh
of Romulus, Michigan, and Ruby Glenn Stambaugh of New Orleans,
Louisiana.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 16, at Southside Freewill
Baptist Church, with Eddie Young and Jessie Meade officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
