VINCIE STANFORD
1904-1968
Mrs. Vincie Collins Stanford, 63, Thealka resident and a retired
employee of Paintsville Laundry, died Saturday, February 24, 1968, in
a local hospital.
She had been ill for several months.
The daughter of the late Robert and Sarah Preston Collins, Mrs.
Stanford was born at Thelma June 5, 1904.
Her husband, Isaac Stanford, survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Freda Murray of Grove City, Ohio,
two step-sons, Robert Stanford of Thealka and Isaac Jr. of Columbus,
Ohio, and a half-sister, Mrs. Gladys McComb, also of Columbus.
Services were held Monday, February 26, in the chapel of the Preston
Funeral Home, with Rev. Don Fraley officiating.
Burial followed at the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville.
The Preston Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
