ROSA LEE STAPLETON
1918-2005
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 22, 11 a.m. at the Jones-
Preston Funeral Home Chapel for Rosa Lee Joseph Stapleton, 86, of
Paintsville, Ky., who passed away Tuesday, April 19 2005 at her
residence.
Mrs. Stapleton was born June 14, 1918 in Greenup County, Ky.,
daughter of the late Ashford and Fanny Owny Joseph.
She was past owner of Dairy Queen.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill”
Stapleton.
Surviving are one daughter, Rebecca Crow of Clarksville, Tenn.; one
brother, Owny Joseph of Ohio.
The service will be officiated by Don Barnett, with burial following
in the Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Ky.
