ANNA RUTH SUBLETT
1925-2000
Anna Ruth Sublett, 74, of Paintsville, died Wednesday May 3 2000 in
Mountain Manor Nursing Home in Paintsville.
Mrs. Sublett was born Dec. 15, 1925, in Boyd County, a daughter of
the late O.I. and Alta Daniels Williams.
She was a retired beautician.
Her husband, Elza Thomas Sublett, died in 1996.
Surviving are two sons, Alan Sublett of Paintsville and Joe David
Sublett of Oil Springs; two daughters, Rebecca Sublett of Allen and
Joan Cantrell of Hager Hill; two sisters, Thelma Jewell Hamilton of
Paintsville and Dordena DeRossett of Prestonsburg; five
grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Little Paint Church of
God by Bruce Nettleton and Wayne Burch.
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park in Staffordsville.
Friends may call one hour before the service Friday at the church.
Preston Funeral Home in Paintsville is in charge of arrangements.
