JERRY COOK SWANK
1925-1998

Thelma resident Jerry Cook Swank, 73, died September 3 1998 at his
residence.

Mr. Swank was born July 13, 1925, in Brookville, Missouri, to the
late Oral Howard, and Martha Elizabeth Dever Swank.

He was a salesman and member of the First Baptist Church of
Paintsville and the Paintsville Kiwanis Club.

He was also preceded in death by two wives, Maxine Virginia Swank and
Mary Rice Swank.

Surviving are one, daughter, Linda Honeycutt of Braxton, Missouri;
one stepson, Davie E. Rice of Paintsville; one stepdaughter, Patty
Kelly of Paintsville; and several grandchildren and seven step-
grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Sunday, September 6, at Paintsville
Funeral Home Chapel, with Revs. Donnie Patrick and Drew Martin
officiating.

Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.

 Pallbearers
were Garland Arnett, Morris Conley; Paul Arrowood, Clifford Boyd.
Danny Colvin, Leonard Arrowood, Jim Lyon and John Doug Miller.
