ANNA JEWELL BECHULHIMER
1917-2004
Anna Jewell Bechulhimer, age 85 , of Columbus, passed away
thursday, October 7, 2004.
She was a retired bookkeeper for the State of Ohio and then worked
for the Leukemia Society. She was a devout lifelong Christian and
member of Fairfield Baptist Church, Thurston,Ohio. She was a
loving mother, grandmother, and great- grandmother.
She is a widow of 31 years to the Rev. Orion Bechulhimer and was
also preceded in death by her mother and father, Dora Meade Conley
and Benjamin Franklin Conley, brothers, Conrad, Byron, Ray and
Herschel Conley, sisters, Lexie Dixon, Merle Fairchild, Florence
Meade, and Fern Lyons.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Marvin and Brenda
Bechulhimer; grandson and granddaughter-in-law, John Michael and
Karen Bechulhimer; great-granddaughter, Grace Meriah Beculhimer;
sisters, Ruth McKenzie and Hazel Johnson.
Her family will receive friends Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the
Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 East Main St.,Reynoldsburg. Also at
Jones-Preston Funeral Home in Paintsville,Kentucky on Sunday.
Her service will be on Monday at Skaggstown Baptist Church, with
internment to follow.
