WILLIAM JILES BECULHIMER 1882-1960 William Jiles Beculhimer, 78, Regular Baptist preacher of Keaton, died in a local hospital of pneumonia at 6:05 a.m., Saturday, January 18. He had been in ill health for the past two years. The son of Henry H. and Jane Dawson Beculhimer, he was born at Prestonsburg, April 5, 1882, and had made his home at Keaton for the past twenty- four years. He was married October 10, 1907, to Bertha F. Blankenship, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Orio and Curtis Beculhimer, both of Columbus, Ohio; four daughters, Miss Laura Beculhimer, Keaton; Mrs. Janie Hagan, Pikeville; Mrs. Reva Zegar, Manhassett, N.Y.; Mrs. Faye Evans, Pickerington, Ohio; one brother D.W. Beculhimer, Dingus; one sister, Satchie McClure, Zag, KY. Funeral services were conducted at 11:00 a.m., today from the Keaton Enterprise Baptist Church with C.H. Allen, A.C. Bradley, Emerson Collier and Ellis Hamilton as officiating ministers. Burial was in the Fyffe Cemetery at Keaton. Paintsville Herald Wednesday Jan. 20, 1960
