ESTILL BLAIR
1908-1983

Estill Blair, 75, died December 11 in Paul B. Hall Medical Center.

Mr. Blair was born in Johnson County, February 19, 1908, the son of Will and
Emma Caudill Blair. He was a resident of Hager Hill and a retired coal
miner.

Surviving are his wife, Julia Blevins Blair; two sons, James Blair, Hager
Hill, and Carl Blair, Clarksville, TN; two daughters, Betty and Helen Arms
of Hager Hill; two brothers, Willie Earl Blair, of Hager Hill and Virgil
Blair of West Van Lear; a half brother, Hershell Blair of Columbus, OH; a
sister Nancy Bayes of Oil Springs; 8 grandchildren and 6 great
grandchildren.

Funeral services held Wednesday, December 14, in Jones- Preston Funeral Home
Chapel with Bill Meadows, Lowell Pelphrey and Tommy Reynolds officiating.

Burial will be in Johnson County Memorial Cemetery at Staffordsville.
