Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 28, for John W.
Blair,81.
Mr. Blair was born February 4, 1909 in Johnson County, the son of
Jesse and Daisy Lambert Blair. He was retired from Williams
Grocery.
Surviving are his wife, Mary E. Webb Blair, two daughters, Daisy
Motts, of Columbus, Ohio, and Nancy Castle, of Ann Arbor, Michigan;
two brothers, Frank Blair, of Paintsville, and Bernard Blair, of
Staffordsville; two sisters, Dixie Blair, of Urbana, Ohio, and
Jessie Kemp, of Bozeman, Montana; and three grandchildren and one
great-grandchild.
Officiating at services in Preston Funeral Home Chapel was Justin
Harmon.
Burial was in Johnson County Cemetery.
