WILLARD BLAIR

Funeral services were held in the chapel of the Jones-Preston
Funeral Home last Wednesday for Willard Blair, a 74-year-old West
Van Lear man. John Sammons presided at the funeral, and the Jones-
Preston Funeral Home arranged for burial in the Cumbo Cemetery at
West Van Lear.
Blair passed away in a Paintsville Hospital on November 1.
The late Harlan and Mary Frances Saylor Blair gave birth to him in
Johnson County.
Surviving are his wife, Sarah Jane Blair; three sons, Willard Blain
Jr. of Washington, D.C., Ruben Spradlin and Frank James of West Van
Lear; three daughters, Eleanor Blair and Marie Blair both of
Washington D.C., and Alice Goble of West Van Lear; two brothers,
Morris Blair of West Van Lear and Kelly Blair in Dayton, Ohio, as
well as a sister from West Van Lear, Cynthia Blair.
