CLAUDE THOMAS CANTRELL
1936-2009

Claude Thomas Cantrell, 73, of Oil Springs, died Saturday, Oct. 24,
at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center, Paintsville.
Born April 29, 1936, he was the son of the late Bryan and Rouie
Blanton Cantrell. He was a heavy equipment operator in the coal
mines.
Survivors include a brother, Donald Ray Cantrell of Oil Springs; four
sisters, Cheryl Collinsworth of Salyersville, Lula Bell Conley and
Loretta Russell, both of Oil Springs, and Flossie Wheeler of Blaine;
and a grandchild.
Funeral services were Tuesday, Oct. 27, at Paintsville Funeral Home
Chapel, with Roger Hill and Chris Baldwin officiating.
Burial was in Johnson County Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, under
direction of Paintsville Funeral Home.
