IVALEE COLVIN
1923-1992
Ivalee Colvin, 68, died Wednesday, January 15 1992 in Paul B. Hall
Medical Center.
Mrs. Colvin was born July 17, 1923 in Johnson County, the daughter
of Earl and Hazel Blair Horne. She was a member of the Freewill
Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Colvin, in December
1991.
Surviving are one daughter, Carol Meadows of Staffordsville; three
brothers, Ulysus Horne of Staffordsville, James Horne of Xenia,
Ohioand Larry Horne of Monterey, Tennessee; one sister Audrey
Rowland of Lima, Ohio; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, January 18 in the United
Baptist Church at Barnetts Creek with Elder John R. Pelphrey
officiating.
Burial was in Johnson County Memorial at Stafordsville, with
Paintsville Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Shawn Meadows, Joe Colvin, Jerry Colvin, Jake
Colvin, Alvin Blair, James Horne, Keith Rowland, Scott Horne,
Lowell Blair, Rutherford Blair, Ralph Castle and Wade May.
