DELPHIA E. CONLEY
1901-1984
Delphia Conley funeral were held May 21 in Enterprise
Baptist Church at Flat Gap for Mrs. Delphia Conley, 82.
Mrs. Conley died May 19 1984 in Hall Medical Center
following an extended illness.
She was born September 26, 1901, in Morgan County, the
daughter of Clayborn and Martila Williams Lyons.
She was a resident of Flat Gap and a member of the United
Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Millard Conley,
July 4, 1977.
Surviving are a son, Garrett Conley, Staffordsville;
three daughters, Mrs. Ada Ross, Mrs. Loretta Evans and
Mrs. Esther Smith, all of Flat Gap; five grandchildren
and seven great-grandchildren.
Revs. Harold Salyer and John Fred Ramey officiated at
services with burial in the family cemetery at Flat Gap.
Paintsville Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Raymond Conley, Roger Blair, Jack
Holbrook, Bonny Lyons, Anthony Castle and Orban Johnson.
