Sheri S. Music Cook, 42, of Bowling Green, died Wednesday, Nov. 9, at
Bowling Green Medical Center.

Born May 17, 1969, she was the daughter of Doris A Delong Music and the late
Ray Music.

Additional survivors include her husband, William T. Cook; two step-
daughters; and three grandchildren.

Graveside services were Saturday, Nov. 12, in Johnson County Memorial
Cemetery, Staffordsville, under direction of Magoffin County Funeral Home,
Salyersville.
