HEART ATTACK
A West Van Lear resident, Mrs. Ida Victoria Crum, died January 19,
4:57 a.m. at Boons Camp, she was the daughter of Richard and
Martha Stanford Sparks.
A member of the United Baptist Church, she was married to John W.
Crum who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Catherine Blair of Dayton
Ohio, and Martha Belcher of West Van Lear, one son Leonard William
Crum of Dayton, Ohio; four grandchildren and three great
grandchildren, and the following brothers and sisters: Jim Sparks
of West Van Lear; Otis sparks of Pontiac Mich.; Green Sparks of
West Van Lear; and Mollie Ward of West Van Lear.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Janurary 22, 11:00 a.m. at
the Cedar Grove United Baptist Church with Foster Rigsby, Nim
Sturgill, Elize Banks and Lloyd Williams officiating.
Internment was held at the Cumbo Cemetery, West Van Lear.
Preston Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
