ROUIE CURTIS
1909-2000
Rouie Curtis, 91, of Park Hill, died Sunday Aug.06 2000 at the home
of her daughter, Priscilla Blair of Park Hill.
Mrs. Curtis was born Jan. 2, 1909, in Johnson County, the daughter
of the late Alvie and Belle Salyers LeMaster.
Her husband, James M. Curtis, died in 1984.
Additional survivors include a son, Rexford Curtis of Sunbury, Ohio;
another daughter, Carolyn Stambaugh of Sunbury; a brother, Luther
LeMaster of Paintsville; 11 grandchildren; 20 great- grandchildren;
and nine great-great- grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Jones-Preston
Funeral Home in Paintsville by Wayne Knisley and Darin Stambaugh,
ministers.
Burial will be in Curtis family cemetery in Flat Gap.
Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Wednesday.
