SAMUEL J. FRAZIER
1978-1982
Samuel J. Frazier, three year old son of Samuel and Inis Pennington of
Staffordsville, died August 6 in Highlands Regional Medical Center.
He was born December 6, 1978, in Johnson County.
Surviving are five brothers and sisters, Samuel David Frazier, Conroe, TX,
Billy and Ellen Sue Holbrook, Dolphis Ray Frazier and Croten Rena
Pennington, all at home; his maternal grandparents, Green and Carrie Ramey,
Flat Gap and his paternal grandmother, Addie Frazier, Staffordsville.
Funeral services were held Sunday, August 8, in Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel with John Frank Ratliff and Larry Lemaster officiating.
Burial was in the family cemetery at Staffordsville.
