EDGEL LEMASTER
1911-1994
Flat Gap resident, Edgel Lemasater, 83, died July 19, at King’s Daughters’
Medical Center, Ashland.
Mr. Lemaster was born February 25, 1911, in Johnson County,t he son of the
late Washington “Washie” and Etta Castle Lemaster. He was a paint and pipe
insulator for Allied Chemical Company of Ashland, member of the United
Baptist church and veteran of the U. S. Army, having served in World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Louise Lemaster, one sister, Emma Fairchild of
Waverly, OH.
Funeral services were held Friday, July 22 at Paintsville Funeral Home
Chapel with Elders Sammy Reed and Willis George Estep officiating.
Burial was in Johnson County Memorial Cemetery at Staffordsville.
