Graveside services will be held Thursday, Aug. 28, 11 a.m. at the
Cumbo Cemetery in West Van Lear, for Dixie Mae Howard Nesselrotte,
88, of Louisa, who passed away Monday, Aug. 25 at her residence.
   
Mrs. Nesselrotte was born Nov. 11, 1925 in Martin County, daughter
of the late Sidney and Judy B. Arrowood Howard.
  
She was a homemaker.
  
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Willard Nesselrotte
Sr; one brother, John E. Howard; and one sister, Edna Ratliff.
  
Surviving are three sons, Willard Nesselrotte Jr. of Louisa, Jothan
Sidney Nesselrotte Sr. of Kingston, N. C., and Weldon Ray
Nesselrotte of Urbana, Ohio; one daughter Carolyn Sue Judy of
Springfield, Ohio; two brothers, Ray Howard of West Van Lear, and
Sidney Howard Jr. of Louisa; three sisters, Angeline Harless of
Lancaster, Ohio, Alice Marie Fitch of Buffalo, and Sarah Rebecca
Lemaster of Shepherdsville; 11 grandchildren and eight great-
grandchildren.
  
Visitation will be Wednesday Aug. 27, 5 p.m. -9 p.m. at the Jones-
Preston Funeral Home. Arrangements under the direction of the Jones-
Preston Funeral Home of Paintsville.
