Edna L. Ratliff, 60, of Louisa, died Thursday, January 29 1998, at
Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa.
  
She was born May 20, 1937, in Johnson County, the daughter of Sidney
J. Howard and Judy B. Arrowood.
  
She was a homemaker.
  
She was preceded in death by her parents.
  
She is survived by her husband, Billy J. Ratliff, one son Hobert
Randell Ratliff of Louisa;, three brothers, Ray Howard of West Van
lear; Sidney Howard, Jr., of Mechanicsburg, Ohio; and John Edison
Howard of Inez; four sisters, Dixie Nesselrotte of Louisa; Angeline
Harless of Lancaster, Ohio; Alice Marie Fitch of Meally; and Sara
Rebecca Lemaster of Shepardsville; and three grandchildren.
  
Services were February 1, Jones-Preston Funeral Rome  Lewis
