MINTIE ROBINSON

Mintie Goble Robinson, 93, of West Van Lear, died at the home of her
daughter, Mrs. Gayle Perkins, Tuesday, January 4 after an extended
illness.
  
She was affiliated with the Church of Christ.
  
She was the daughter of the late Comadore and Lucinda Baldridge
Goble.
  
Immediate survivors include two son, Jim Robinson of Hellier and
Tommie Robinson of Elwood, IN; six daughters, Mrs. Manchie Goble of
West Van Lear, Mrs. Ollie Robinson, Mrs. Manda Perkins, Mrs. Amma
Titlow, and Mrs. Elizabeth Akers, all of West Van Lear, and Mrs. Okey
Knotts of Elwood, IN, and one brother, Buck Goble of Prestonsburg.
  
Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, January 7 by Cecil
Sherman at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel.
  
Burial followed in the Cumbo Cemetery at West Van Lear under
direction of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
