JACK STRATTON
1933?-1973
  
Jack Stratton, 50, of Van Lear Died Monday, March 26 at his home
following a short illness. He was an auto mechanic and body
specialist, employed by Adams Construction Company.
  
He was the son of the late William and Alice Chaffin Stratton.
  
Immediate survivors include his wife, Sarah Louisa Jasper Stratton,
two sons, William Stewart Stratton, of Van Lear, and Jeffery Scott
Stratton of Van Lear, and two sisters, Lorene Stacy of Sciotoville,
Ohio, and Margaret Body of Columbus, Ohio.
  
Funeral services were conducted  by J.H. Short on Wednesday, March 28
at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
  
Burial followed in the Cumbo Cemetery in West Van Lear under
direction of the Jones Preston Funeral Home.
