FLOSSIE WEBB
1908-1967
Flossie Webb, age 59, died Monday, February 20, at 10:40 p.m. in a
Danville Hospital after an extended illness.
Born in June of 1908 in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the
late Walbridge and Mintie Conley Webb. She had lived in Danville
for several years.
Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Roxie Smith of Mt. Sterling,
Ohio, Mrs. Malta DeHart of Shelby and Mrs. Geneva Dailey of
Cleveland, Ohio and a brother Herman D. "Dugan" Webb of
Paintsville.
The funeral was conducted Thursday, February 23, at 1 p.m. at the
Jones-Preston Funeral Home with Lowell Webb officiating.
Interment followed in the Cumbo Cemetery at West Van Lear.
