Janet Louise Trimble, 86, of Paintsville, died Thursday, May 29, at her
residence.
  
Born June 12, 1927, at Paintsville, she was the daughter of the late Robert
Lee and Dorothy Geiger Marsh. She was a teacher with Paintsville City
School System.
  
Survivors include her husband, John Mark Trimble; three sons, David
Lawrence Trimble and Phillip Lee Trimble, both of Paintsville, and Mark
Wesley Trimble of Huntington, W.Va.; a daughter, Ann Wallen of
Staffordsville; two brothers, Franklin Hager Marsh of Clermont, Fla., and
Lawrence Baxton Marsh of Frederick, Md.; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-
grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were Saturday, May 31, at First United Methodist Church,
Paintsville, with Ken Spurrier officiating.
  
Burial was in Johnson County Memorial, Staffordsville, under direction of
Paintsville Funeral Home, Paintsville.
