Lida Turner Castle, 90, of Flatgap, died Thursday Oct.11 2001 in Paul
B. Hall Medical Center in Paintsville.
  
Mrs. Castle was born Oct. 14, 1910, in Paintsville, a daughter of the
late Frank and Rose Boyd Turner.
  
Surviving are her husband, Jack C. Castle; a daughter, Patricia A.
Stinson of Flatgap; two sons, Carl T. ``Bud" Williams of Fairbanks,
Ark., and James R. ``Roger" Williams of Mealley; a stepdaughter, Jean
Spurlock of Prestonsburg; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren;
and a stepgreat- grandchild.
  
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Paintsville Funeral Home by
the Rev. Paul White.
  
 Burial will be in Johnson County Memorial Cemetery in
Staffordsville.
