DORA LEE CLARK
1926-2002
Dora Lee Arms Clark, 76, of Paintsville, died Saturday,
Nov. 16, 2002 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Huntington, W.Va.
Born Oct. 17, 1926, in Johnson County, she was a daughter
of the late Willie and Ida Collins Arms. She was a
housewife.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Clark; a
son, Gover Clark; a daughter, Peggy O’Brian; and a
grandchild.
Survivors include two sons, James Clark of Van Lear and
Larry Clark of Paintsville; three daughters, Dianna Music
of Meally, Shirll Borders of Marietta, Ga., and Tammy
Stewart of Woodstock Ga.; a brother, Sanford Arms of
Thealka; two sisters, Joyce Taylor of Thealka and Virgie
Wheeler of Flemmingsburg; 28 grandchildren; and 20 great-
grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, Nov. 20,
at Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel, Paintsville, with
Rev. Paul Wayne Browning officiating.
Burial will be in Johnson County Memorial Cemetery,
Staffordsville, under direction of Jones-Preston Funeral
Home.
