WINCE COCHRAN
Wince Cochran, 71, died March 30 1983, at his Wittensville home.
Mr. Cochran was born January 9 1912, in Johnson County, the son
of Jefferson D. and Louise Meade Cochran. He was a retired
employee of the U.S. Postal Service and a member of the
United Baptist Church.
Surviving are a brother, Thurman Cochran, Oil Springs, and
two sisters, Martha Bayes, Flat Gap, and Mary M. Williams,
Dayton, Ohio;
Funeral services were held April 2 in Fishtrap United Baptist
Church with Elders Lonza Reed, B.C. Ferguson,
James Dennie Spradlin and James Harrison Blair officiating.
Burial was in Johnson County Memorial Cemetery,
Staffordsville, with Paintsville Funeral Home in
charge of arrangements.
