FRANK W. DAVIS
1920-1964
Mr. Frank W. Davis, 43, a former resident, died Friday, July 17, at
the Veterans Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, after an extended illness.
A son of the late John P. and Virgie Huff Davis, he was born October
20, 1920, in Johnson County.
A disabled veteran, Mr. Davis was a resident of Dayton, Ohio, at the
time of death.
Survivors include his wife, Beaulah Richardson Davis; three sons,
Roger, Frank, Jr., and Donald Davis all of Peru, Indiana; one step-
son, Alfred Richards, Dayton, Ohio; one daughter, Linda Davis, Peru,
Indiana; one step daughter, Sandra Richardson, Dayton, Ohio; one
brother, Ivan Davis, Paintsville; three sisters, Mrs. Maxine Adams,
Mansfield, Ohio; Mrs. Burnice Ward, Ft. Knox; and Mrs. Lois Collier,
Flint, Michigan.
Funeral services were conducted at 9:00 a. m., Tuesday, July 21, at
the Concord United Baptist Church with the Rev Elzie Banks and the
Rev. John Crum officiating.
Burial was in the Paintsville-Davis Cemetery at Davis Branch.
