JAMES WENDELL DAVIS
James Wendell Davis 83, of Lockbourne, Ohio, died Monday
March' 16, 1998, at Mt. Carmei Medical Center
in Columbus, Ohio.
He was born September, l7 1914 in Johnson County, the son of
Vent Davis and Moncie Trimble. He was a foreman.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Ruth Davis,
and his brother, Clarence Davis of Oil Springs.
He is survived by one son, James Edward Davis of Lockbourne,
Ohio; one daughter-in law, Romaine Davis of Lockbourne, Ohio;
three grandsons, Paul, Phil and Tim Davis; one granddaughter,
Dernita Sayre; and ten great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were March 20, at the Johnson County
Memorial Cemetery in Staffordsville with Paintsville
Funeral Home caring for those arrangements.
