RUTH DAVIS
Former Johnson County resident, Ruth Davis, 78,
died February 3 1993 in Columbus, Ohio.
Mrs. Davis was born December 30 1914 in Johnson County,
the daughter of the late Tom and Nola Collins Hackworth.
She was a member of the United Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband Wendell Davis; one son,
James Davis of Columbus,Ohio; one sister, Virginia Turner
of Alabama; and four grandchildren and
six great grandchildren.
Gravesite rites were held Saturday February 6 at
Johnson County Memorial Cemetery, with Paintsville
Funeral Home in charge of local arrangements.
